History

On March 26, 1971, the Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Repair Plant was established under Decision No. 88/QĐ/NCQLKT1 issued by the Ministry of Electricity and Coal.
On June 1, 2005, the Plant was converted into a joint-stock company under the name Electric Equipment Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.
On January 24, 2013, the Company was renamed Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation – Joint Stock Company (EEMC).
Throughout its operations, EEMC has consistently been Vietnam’s leading manufacturer in the research and production of transformers with voltages of up to 500kV.
