Decision No. 056 / NL-TCCB of the Ministry of Energy.

The Ministry of Energy issued Decision No. 352 NL / TCCB-LĐ re-establishing Electric Equipment Manufacturing Company pursuant to Decree 338 / HDBT of the Council of Ministers; Accordingly, the Company is a member unit of independent economic accounting under the Ministry of Energy. Certificate of Business Registration No. 108821 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.
04/03/1995

The Ministry of Energy has issued the Decision No 120 NL / TCCB-LD to transform the Electric Equipment Manufacturing Company into a subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity Corporation (now the Electricity of Vietnam). Electric Equipment Manufacturing Company is an independent economic accounting unit with full legal status.

The Ministry of Industry has issued the Decision No. 140/2004 / QD-BCN to transform the Electric Equipment Manufacturing Company into Electric Equipment Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.
01/06/2005

Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Joint Stock Company officially came into operation in accordance with Business Registration Certificate No. 0103008085 (now 0100101322) issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi for the first time with the initial charter capital of VND 50,000,000,000.
09/10/2007

The company was granted the certificate of registration of public offering of shares No. 190 / UBCK-GCN to issue shares to increase charter capital to 66 billion. Then on May 10, 2011 the company was approved by the State Securities Commission as a public company.
24/01/2013

The company changed its Certificate of Business Registration No. 08 to officially change the name of Dong Anh Electric Equipment Manufacture Company into Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation – Joint Stock Company.
