Tổng công ty Thiết bị điện Đông Anh – Công ty cổ phần (“EEMC”) trân trọng công bố thông tin về việc không đáp ứng một trong các điều kiện công ty đại chúng như sau:

Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation – Joint Stock Company (“EEMC”) hereby respectfully discloses information regarding its failure to satisfy one of the conditions applicable to a public company, as follows:

Căn cứ Danh sách tổng hợp người sở hữu chứng khoán thực hiện quyền tham dự Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên năm 2026 số VNMEETVSDT012699/VSDTBDXX do Tổng công ty Lưu ký và Bù trừ Chứng khoán Việt Nam (VSDC) cung cấp, cơ cấu cổ đông của EEMC có 383 cổ đông không phải cổ đông lớn nắm giữ dưới 10% số cổ phiếu có quyền biểu quyết, không đáp ứng điều kiện theo quy định tại điểm a khoản 1 Điều 32 Luật Chứng khoán số 54/2019/QH14, sửa đổi bổ sung bởi điểm a khoản 11 Điều 1 Luật số 56/2024/QH15.

Pursuant to the consolidated list of securities holders entitled to exercise rights to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. VNMEETVSDT012699/VSDTBDXX provided by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), the shareholder structure of EEMC includes 383 shareholders who are not major shareholders holding less than 10% of the voting shares, thereby not satisfying the conditions prescribed under point (a), clause 1, Article 32 of the Law on Securities No. 54/2019/QH14, as amended and supplemented by point (a), clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15.
