3. Post-Transport Inspection:

   • Once the transformer reaches the installation site, perform a thorough inspection: Check the exterior for cracks, dents, or any damage.

   • Inspect the insulating oil: Collect oil samples to determine if there is any contamination, and check if the gas pressure inside the transformer has decreased.

   • Measure the parameters as instructed and compare them with the data recorded in the transformer’s documentation.

• Retain all evidence such as purchase receipts, product photos, labels, product history, and seller information.

• Immediately contact the seller to clarify the issue and demand compensation or replacement with authentic products.
