II. Recruitment requirements
1. Electrical engineer
* Professional standards
– Professional: Graduated from University of Technical Schools; major in Electrical-Electronic Equipment, Automatic Control, Automation.
– Have experience in product design and manufacturing.
– Have experience working in the field of electrical equipment manufacturing or electrical construction.
– Be proficient in office software.
– Have good English communication skills, read and translate specialized documents.
– Willing to go on business trips abroad as required.
– Priority is given to people with registered residence in Dong Anh or neighboring areas of Dong Anh District.
* Age: Not over 40 years old
* Gender: Male
2. Welding apprentices
* Subjects and requirements:
+ Graduated from high school (grade 3) or higher or have another vocational certificate.
+ Age ≤ 35 years old.
+ Gender: Male
+ Good health
III. Benefits and regimes
1. Electrical engineer
– Sign a labor contract according to the regulations of the Corporation and the 2019 Labor Code.
– Negotiable salary (over 20 million VND/month).
– Work location: Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation, No. 189, Lam Tien Street, Dong Anh Town, Dong Anh District, Hanoi and other locations as required by the Corporation within the scope of management.
– Working time: According to the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code
2. Welding apprentices
– Receive apprenticeship salary and lunch allowance;
– Apprenticeship directly at the Corporation’s production workshop;
– Apprenticeship duration: 03 months;
– At the end of the apprenticeship period, take a certificate exam, if qualified, sign a labor contract to work at the Corporation.
IV. Recruitment form
1. Electrical engineer
– Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents.
– Round 2: Candidates who pass the preliminary screening of documents take a written test on professional expertise, technical drawing on a computer, English language; direct interview.
2. Korean apprentices
– Preliminary screening of documents and direct interview
V. Recruitment time: Expected to take place from October 7 to October 12, 2024.
