Identifying Genuine EEMC Transformers

Transformers manufactured by Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation – Joint Stock Company (EEMC) have been installed and operating reliably at provincial and municipal power companies, as well as various agencies and localities nationwide for many years, affirming the strong position of the EEMC brand.

However, some small manufacturers have recently taken advantage of EEMC’s brand reputation to supply counterfeit transformers under the name “Dong Anh Transformer.” These counterfeit products use fake labels, forged documentation, imitation paint colors, and other deceptive practices, posing risks of electrical failures, disrupting business operations, and causing significant losses for customers and EEMC’s reputation.

To protect your interests, we recommend identifying genuine EEMC products through the following features:

			Use a QR code scanning app on your phone to verify the genuine product and look up the basic information of the transformer (the lookup information is displayed on the EEMC website). Effective from October 2022
2	Paint Color: RAL 7032		Effective from November 2020
3	Transformer Mark		The machine is made of stainless steel, effective from October 2023. The machine tag carries a machine number according to the manufacturer’s specific coding.
			Prior to October 2023, the machine tag was made of aluminum.
