COMPLETION OF INSTALLATION OF 70 MVA – 132/33 KV TRANSFORMER AT CLEMENTS GAP, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Since its departure from Hai Phong Port to Australia on August 19, 2025, the 70 MVA – 132/33 kV transformer supplied by EEMC has been transported to the project site at Clements Gap, South Australia. The transformer assembly work commenced on September 26, 2025, under the close supervision and guidance of EEMC engineers in coordination with the local partner.
At the project site, Mr. Nguyen Hong Giang – Lead Engineer of EEMC – directly supervised the assembly, coordinated inspection, acceptance, handover, and operation training for the substation’s technical team. By October 3, 2025, the transformer had been fully assembled, meeting all stringent technical requirements and ready for commissioning.
The handover and supervision of the installation of the 70 MVA – 132/33 kV transformer at Clements Gap, South Australia were carried out successfully, affirming the product quality, service excellence, and growing reputation of the EEMC brand in its journey to international markets. Together with the project owner, we look forward to the official commissioning of this transformer.
